Albania: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. If the value is over $300 USD, a Ministry of Health permit is required.

Aruba: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Australia: 3-month/bottle supply for personal use allowed. A prescription is required.

Bahamas: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. A prescription is required.

Bangladesh: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. A prescription is required.

Barbados: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Belize: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Brazil: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription and Letter of Intent required. DHL and FedEx also require your personal tax ID (CPF) or your passport ID if you are not a Brazilian resident.

Cambodia: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Canada:
3-month/bottle supply allowed via USA post box and pickup (ID suggested). If shipping directly to Canada (for visitors only), four documents are required:

  • Copy of your passport or ID page.
  • Copy of your visa, study/work permit, or entry eTA.
  • Copy of your prescription.
  • A letter stating you are a visitor importing for personal use, signed and dated.

Import costs:

  • Under CA$40: no tax, no duty.
  • Between CA$40–CA$150: 13% personal import tax, no duty.
  • Over CA$150: 13% tax and 0–25% duty depending on the product category.

Cayman Islands: 3-month supply allowed. Prescription required.

Chile: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Substantial duties/fees may apply.

China: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Local prescription required. DHL and FedEx shipments may have duties over CNY 400, paid by the recipient.

Colombia: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription required. Substantial duties may apply.

Cook Islands: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Costa Rica: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription required.

Côte d’Ivoire: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Guinea-Bissau: 3/bottle-month supply allowed.

Haiti: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Honduras: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Hong Kong: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. No documents required.

India: Prescription required. Substantial duties may apply (30% or more). Documentation needed (any one): Passport copy with address page, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID Card.

Indonesia: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription required. DHL Express requires your national ID number.

Israel: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription required. Substantial duties may apply.

Jamaica: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Japan: Only 1-month/bottle supply or 1 bottle per shipment allowed.

Laos: Personal importation of medication is not allowed.

Latvia: 6-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription required.

Lebanon: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Liechtenstein: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Import of medicine for personal use is limited to 5 retail packages per shipment. 6–9 retail packages require a doctor’s prescription. 10+ packages require a doctor’s letter containing patient and medication details.

Lithuania: Up to 5 bottles: no prescription needed. 6–9 bottles: prescription required. 10 or more bottles: doctor’s letter required.

Macau: Personal importation of medication is not allowed (previous deliveries have failed).

Madagascar: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Malawi: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Maldives: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

Mali: 3-month supply/bottle allowed.

Malta: 3-month supply/bottle allowed. Prescription required.

Mexico: Direct delivery not permitted. Use a relay service like Estafeta USA. 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription suggested.

Montenegro: Personal importation of medication is not allowed.

South Korea: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Date of birth or PICC or tax ID required for import via DHL and FedEx.

Switzerland: 1-month supply/bottle allowed. No prescription required. Duties (~20%) paid by the recipient. Strict 1-month/bottle quantity limit enforced by SwissMedic.

Taiwan: 2-month/bottle supply allowed. No prescription required. If you want to order more than 2 bottles, it’s required local prescription and an import permit from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Turks and Caicos Islands: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

United Arab Emirates: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription required.

United Kingdom (UK): 3-month/bottle supply allowed.

United States (USA): 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Prescription and passport ID required.

Venezuela: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. A letter stating the medication is for personal use is required.

Vietnam: 3-month/bottle supply allowed. Medicines shipped as gifts valued under $200 USD do not require an import permit. Packages must be labeled “Gift – Export License Not Required.”

Zambia: 3-month/bottle supply allowed.
