When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
On average, international orders arrive within 12 to 15 business days.
Please note that customs processing or local postal delays may affect delivery times.

Do you ship to my country?

At PrEPnow, we strive to ship to as many countries worldwide as possible. However, in some cases, due to legal restrictions, logistics limitations, or local import regulations, we may not be able to deliver to certain locations. If we are unable to ship to your country, and your order has not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.

What if my order get taxed?

Please note that in some countries, import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Once an order has been shipped, PrEPnow is not liable for delays, confiscations, or losses caused by customs or postal services in the destination country.

Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@getprepnow.shop as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund.
